How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number that you can use to track its status. We will also provide you with a link that you can use to view your order's status on LuxuryLifted.com.
How can I return my order?

Will I be charged shipping on my return?
It depends on the reason. If we shipped you an incorrect, or damaged product, you will receive your full refund once we receive the item and return shipping is on us. If you're returning an item for any other reason, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
What do I do if I received an incorrect item?
1. Contact Luxury Lifted Customer Service at email@example.com and let us know what happened. Please be sure to provide your order number so we can look it up.
2. Once confirmed, we’ll send over a pre-paid return label for you to ship the incorrect item back to us.
3. As soon as we receive the incorrect item we’ll ship out your replacement usually within 24-48 business hours
What do I do if i receive a damaged item?
We try our best to package all orders as safely as possible, but occasionally accidents do happen. Here's what to do if your item was damaged during delivery:
1. Contact Luxury Lifted Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number along with 2-3 clear photographs of the damaged item with the packing slip
2. We will review your claim and replace the item at no additional cost
3. Luxury Lifted may request that you send back the damaged product at no additional cost (we’ll provide the prepaid return label)
When will my order be confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order with your order # and a summary of your purchase.
When will my order ship?
We try to ship our all of our orders within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a ship confirmation email the day we ship out your order that includes your tracking number and a link to your order review page, where you can easily track its status.
When will i receive my order?
Well that depends on what shipping method you choose. Our FREE standard shipping is usually delivered with 3-7 business days. You also have the option of selected expedited shipping at checkout.
How can I cancel my order?
Contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone at (201)-855-6583 and we can handle this for you. Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Is my credit card information kept secure?
Yes! We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to prevent unauthorized access to your your credit card information.
Coupons, Promos and Gift Cards
How do I apply a promo code to my purchase?
You can apply your promo code and see your savings either in your Shopping Cart or at the order review section of Checkout before you place your order.
How do I edit/remove my promo code?
You can edit or remove a promo code by clicking on ‘Cancel’ on the promo code box within your shopping cart or on the order review section of checkout before you place your order.
Can I apply multiple promo codes to the same order?
No. Luxury Lifted can only accept one promo code per order at this time.
My promo code isn't working, what do I do?
Contact the Luxury Lifted support team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or calling us at (201)-855-6583 and we'd be happy to help you out.
Does Luxury Lifted sell Gift Cards?
Unfortunately, Luxury Lifted does not sell Gift Cards at this time. But keep in touch, because we plan on offering them some time soon!
